Harswarup Bathe Balaji is the Founder and CEO/CMO of vctryprep and a senior at Alliance Academy for Innovation in Georgia, USA. Throughout his involvement in school clubs and CTSOs, he noticed a prevalent market gap in quality preparation resources for competitors - which sparked the idea for vctryprep. Harswarup is passionate in education equity, working to democratize opportunity through leadership in various educational and cultural nonprofit organizations. He's also an aspiring economist, serving as the VP of his school's economics club and competing in national/international competitions, most notably placing 2nd in the 2025 Economics World Cup. He's also placed 4th at SkillsUSA NLSC and led vctryprep to the Mott Million Dollar Challenge finals and Diamond Challenge semifinals. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, reading, and binge-watching TV shows.

Shaurya Kumar is the Co-Founder and CTO of vctryprep and a senior at Alliance Academy for Innovation in Georgia, USA. Through his involvement in FBLA and his background in full-stack development and AI/ML, he noticed a significant lack of structured preparation resources for CTSO competitors - a gap he set out to bridge by co-founding vctryprep. Having placed first at FBLA Nationals, he brings firsthand competitive experience to the platform he helps build. Beyond vctryprep, Shaurya works as a Research Assistant at Georgia Tech's Hybrid Intelligence Lab and creates beginner-friendly AI/ML educational content. In his free time, he also enjoys competing in cross country and track.

Manya Gulati is a HOSA Mentor and a senior at Alliance Academy for Innovation in Georgia, USA. Through her involvement in HOSA competitions, she developed strong leadership, teamwork, and public speaking skills while competing at an international leadership conference, earning 3rd place internationally in the Mental Health Promotion category - an experience that sharpened her strategy, preparation, and presentation skills, equipping her to guide others in navigating competitions and reaching the podium. Manya is passionate about healthcare and youth advocacy, working to create lasting community impact. She's also president-elect of her school's HOSA chapter and president of Stand Beyond Cancer, a public health initiative. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis and sketching.

Soumith Kondamadugula is an FBLA Mentor and a senior at Denmark High School in Georgia, USA. Through his involvement in FBLA, he has earned 1st Place at Nationals on top of 1st at state and regional conferences, and currently serves as Vice President of Competition at Denmark High School, leading one of the largest and most competitive chapters in the state. Beyond CTSOs, Soumith is deeply interested in business, finance, and economics, pursuing independent projects and competitive opportunities that strengthen his understanding of markets and strategy. He is passionate about helping students maximize their competitive potential, which aligns with his work mentoring and creating high-quality preparation resources at vctryprep. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, pickleball, and volleyball.

Aadhira Vivekanandhan is a DECA Mentor and a junior at South Forsyth High School in Georgia, USA. Through five years in DECA, she has developed a passion for leadership, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy, earning 3rd place internationally at ICDC for her financial literacy project. She currently serves as Vice President of Operations for South Forsyth DECA, the second-largest DECA chapter in the world. Beyond DECA, Aadhira enjoys leveraging technology to solve real-world problems and expand educational opportunities. In her free time, she enjoys baking, reading, and trying out new cafes.

Rishabh Kumar is an FBLA Mentor and a senior at Denmark High School in Georgia, USA. He has been part of various CTSOs, including the longest tenures with FBLA for 4 years and DECA for 1 year. Through FBLA, he is a national champion and a 1st-place winner at regional and state-level conferences. Additionally, he served on the Committee of Competition for Denmark's FBLA chapter. Along with CTSO's, Rishabh is an aspiring finance and industrial engineering student, and he works as an analyst with a student-run investment firm that has over $16k in capital. He is passionate about providing assistance and guidance to students, as can be seen in his work as a tennis coach and as the founder of his very own tennis academy. In his free time, Rishabh enjoys building and collecting LEGOS along with playing tennis, basketball, football, and pickleball.

Dyuthi Ananthu is an FBLA Mentor and a senior at Denmark High School in Georgia, USA. Through her involvement in multiple business competitions, she has placed 1st at FBLA Nationals and placed consecutively in FBLA state conferences and regional conferences. She currently serves as FBLA's VP of Community Service at one of the largest and most competitive chapters in Georgia. Dyuthi is passionate about business and finance, specifically accounting. She's also social media manager of Entrepreneurship club and VP of Community Service for Beta Club. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, singing, and playing violin.

Nikhil Ogety is a FBLA Mentor and a junior at Lambert High School in Georgia, USA. Passionate about computer science and technology, he earned a top 3 national finish in FBLA and a top 2 finish at the Georgia SkillsUSA State Leadership and Skills Conference while serving in a SkillsUSA leadership role. His primary specialty is building full-stack websites powered by AI features and developing AI models that improve task efficiency and automate workflows. In his free time, Nikhil enjoys watching Marvel movies, programming personal projects, and spending time with friends while continuously exploring emerging technologies.

Catarina Pirvu is a DECA Mentor and a junior at Woodinville High School in Washington, USA, with a passion for finance, business, and financial literacy. Over the past several years, she has competed extensively in FBLA and DECA, earning 1st place in Personal Finance at the regional level, 2nd place at the Washington State Leadership Conference, and recognition as a DECA International Finalist. Beyond competition, she is the founder of ClearFinance, a student-led initiative dedicated to making financial education more accessible and engaging for young people. Catarina enjoys helping students develop a deeper understanding of personal finance, economics, investing, and business concepts while also sharing strategies for success in FBLA and DECA events. She also enjoys spending time with friends, badminton, and learning French.

Leo Chen is a DECA Mentor and a Senior at Markville Secondary School in Ontario, Canada. He has competed in numerous business competitions, where he placed in the Top 10 nationally. Alongside his competitive journey, Leo has mentored multiple Top 20 international finalists while also competing at the international championship himself in the Operations Research category. As an entrepreneur, he founded a personalized freelance marketing company designed to support e-commerce businesses around the world. Leo is determined to create resources that provide underachieving students with the same opportunities as those who are more fortunate through vctryprep and self founded NGO's. Additionally, he aspires to pursue a career in either the film or finance industry and has grown an audience of over 60,000 followers across multiple social media platforms. In his free time, Leo enjoys exploring new cafés, hiking, and practicing street photography.

Divyanshi Dubey is a HOSA Mentor and a senior at Alpharetta High School in Georgia, USA. Through her involvement in HOSA, she developed a passion for healthcare, leadership, and creative problem solving, earning 2nd Place internationally in Creative Problem Solving at the HOSA International Leadership Conference. She is also a recipient of the Barbara James Service Award (Gold Level), recognizing over 200 hours of healthcare-related volunteer service and her commitment to serving her community. Beyond HOSA, Divyanshi serves as President of her school's Science Olympiad team, where she leads students in STEM competitions and fosters collaboration, innovation, and problem-solving. She is passionate about mentoring future HOSA competitors by sharing competition strategies, building confidence, and helping students reach their full potential. In her free time, she enjoys playing badminton, painting, and sketching.

Sidd Shashiraj is an FBLA Mentor and a senior at Dublin Jerome High School in Ohio, USA. Through his involvement in FBLA and Speech & Debate, he noticed a clear gap in structured, high-quality preparation resources for competitive students. As he wanted to expand access and equity in academic competitions, he joined vctryprep. Alongside the CEO, he plans to help build impactful solutions for students nationwide. Beyond vctryprep, Sidd serves as President and State Executive of Team Impact, a nonprofit organization that has engaged over 4,500 attendees at community fundraising events supporting cancer research and student volunteer engagement.Sidd is an aspiring finance and venture professional. He serves on the executive boards of his school's Entrepreneurship and Investment Clubs. Outside of academics, he enjoys playing basketball and pickleball.
